We are currently hiring for the following labor categories at Levels 1 through 4. Clearance and customer eligibility requirements vary by billet.
Software/Hardware Project Manager (SHPM)
Deliver critical software and hardware products. Track system requirements, manage resource allocation, and articulate project status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
View role UXDUser Experience (UX) Designer
Reinvent how users work with modern mission applications. Drive human computer interaction (HCI) from concept to completion, balancing aesthetic quality with absolute ease of use.
View role CMCConfiguration Manager/Controller (CMC)
Provide total life cycle support and surveillance over hardware and software configurations. Perform physical configuration audits and validate captured baselines for secure environments.
View role EWEditor / Writer (EW)
Translate complex cyber and intelligence subject matter into clear, actionable intelligence reports, technical documents, and executive presentations using strict journalistic principles.
View role OCSAOperational Computer Systems Analyst (OCSA)
Actively manage the functioning of enterprise computer systems. Translate end user requests into technical diagnoses and implement solutions to achieve core agency mission objectives.

Baseline Qualifications
Our delivery and design roles require a unique blend of technical understanding and mission focus. Applicants must meet the following baseline requirements.
Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
Ability to meet contract, customer, and site access requirements for the specific billet.
Degrees in Design, HCI, Information Systems, Communications, or Business. Relevant certifications such as PMP, DAWIA, Adobe Certified Expert, or ITIL are highly preferred for applicable roles.
Willingness to work on site at government facilities in the Fort Meade, MD area.
