Whenever you decide to send us your resume, the interview process has several stages. At the first stage, we'll have a phone call to learn about your experience, interests, and expectations. We'll also give you a little information about the opportunity and the company.
If there is mutual interest in the opportunity, you’ll be invited to an interview. During the interview, we'll give you a detailed overview of your project and key responsibilities.
Next, our team will make a final decision. If we decide to extend an offer, we will discuss your salary and benefits package. If we reach an agreement, we'll then present you to the program management office for the government contract we support. This will require approval by the Contracting Officer and the agency's security office. Once approved, we'll set you up for orientation and you'll be ready to go.
